William Shearer

William (Bill) Shearer has over two decades of experience in the composites industry, currently serving as a Key Account Leader at Owens Corning since August 2017, after holding positions such as Key Account Manager and Sr Area Sales Manager. Prior to Owens Corning, William spent 17 years at Reichhold, where responsibilities included shaping the North American Composite Business Strategy and achieving significant sales growth as a Technical Sales Representative. William's earlier roles encompassed quality improvement initiatives as Engineering and Technical Manager and overseeing large-scale project management as Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Additionally, William began a career as a Process Engineer at Able Body Manufacturing, focusing on cost controls and process improvements. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Materials Engineering from Winona State University.
