Anna Maria Krylow Bajon has over two decades of extensive experience in finance and operations, primarily at O-I since September 2006, where roles have included Global Business Operations Controller and European Controller. Responsibilities have encompassed leading the consolidation and preparation of global and European financial forecasts and budgets, providing strategic financial insights to senior management, and implementing organizational improvements. Prior to O-I, Anna Maria held finance-related positions at BSN Glasspack GmbH & Co.KG, Concordia Polska TUW, and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczen Wzajemnych "Wielkopolska," contributing to the enhancement of HR and financial processes. Anna Maria holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Poznan University of Economics and Business and a Postgraduate degree in Controlling and Financial Analysis.
