Armando Gonzalez

Armando Gonzalez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical service and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technical Service Representative at O-I since September 2015, Armando provides technical assistance to customers and previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer in the Cold End department, focusing on quality assurance laboratory and metrology, as well as NPD verification and customer negotiations regarding quality standards. Additionally, Armando has been involved with O-I Packaging Solutions LLC since August 2016. Prior to this, Armando worked at Vitro from May 1989 to August 2015, where roles included Quality Assurance, Process Engineer with responsibilities in new products verification and SPC monitoring, and Computer System Manager, developing solutions to enhance processes. Armando also served as a council member at INJAC from 1998 to July 2015. Armando holds an Engineer degree in Computer Systems from ITESO, along with an MBA in Quality from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
