Bill O'Linger

Bill O'Linger is an experienced IT professional specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and software engineering. Currently serving as a Solution Architect at O-I since August 2010, Bill manages a team providing technical and functional support across various HR areas and oversees the administration of systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian Dayforce. With a strong background in system architecture, Bill led a significant Human Capital Management implementation for over 6,000 employees in the US and Canada.
