Brett McAfee

Brett McAfee is an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Tech V Systems Specialist at O-I since October 2022, Brett supports the glass container manufacturing process and collaborates with a team of technicians to maintain equipment throughout the plant. Prior roles include Infrastructure Mechanical Systems Engineer at O-I, coordinating mechanical systems for a new glass plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and Manufacturing Engineer III at Vontier, where improvements were made to wheel weight production equipment. Additional experience spans positions as a Mechanical Design Engineer at U.S. Tsubaki, Manufacturing Engineer at Dayco, and lead design engineer at NanoMech Inc. Brett's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, along with various degrees in science and mathematics from other institutions.
