Charlène Roisneaux

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, currently serves as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, a position held since April 2003, where expertise in clinical documentation and leadership in care plans and patient bedside education is demonstrated. Prior experience includes a role as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, implementing the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a level one trauma center, and a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began a nursing career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educationally, Charlene holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
