Craig Sennett

Craig Sennett is a Solutions Analyst II at O-I since August 2005, where responsibilities include integrating HP ALM into the IT business model and training the PMO and user community on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Previously, Craig held positions as a Windows Technical Specialist at O-I, Systems Engineer, and IT Specialist at Pomeroy IT Solutions, and IT Support Technician at Cardinal Solutions. Craig's career began in the US Army as a Military Police Officer. Educational accomplishments include a BAS in Business from The University of Toledo and various certifications in technical support and Microsoft products.
