Jennifer Thompson

Jennifer Thompson is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in compensation and talent management. Currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner at O-I since November 2010, Jennifer previously held roles such as Compensation Manager at HCR ManorCare and Human Resources Manager at Pilkington Holding GmbH | NSG Group. Throughout a nine-year tenure at Pilkington, various positions were held, including HR Business Partner and Compensation/HR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personnel Management Specialist for the Department of Defense and the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Jennifer was also a semi-professional soccer player and a graduate assistant coach at Heidelberg University, where Jennifer earned an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish, supplemented by an international study experience in Spain.
