Martin Morel

Martin Morel is an accomplished European Sourcing Manager at O-I, overseeing a €400M budget for logistics and transport since January 2009. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Martin has effectively executed strategic sourcing and optimized supply planning processes across multiple EU sites. Previous roles include Project Leader for SWE Demand and Supply and Logistics Operations Leader for North & Central Europe, showcasing expertise in dynamic KPI tracking and international coordination. Martin is also a Lean Six Sigma certified Master Black Belt, having led productivity enhancements across 35 EU sites.
