Olivia Masson

Olivia Masson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for France and Spain at O-I since January 2005, Olivia has overseen talent management and HR business partnering for 2,500 employees, previously holding positions such as HR Manager. Prior experience includes a decade at BSN Glasspack, a subsidiary of the DANONE Group, where roles spanned from Careers Development Manager to HR Manager and Sales Representative. Olivia's professional journey began at BSN EMBALLAGE, also part of the DANONE Group, as an Employment Antennae. Olivia holds a Master's degree in History from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and a Master 2 in Human Resources from Esdes Business School.
