Phillip Carlen

Phillip Carlen is an experienced SAP Master Data Analyst with a strong background in data management, project coordination, and business analysis. Currently employed at O-I since January 2014, Phillip has played a key role in SAP Master Data Management, leading teams in system enhancements, integration projects, and the upgrade of various SAP environments. Phillip has also contributed to data migration efforts for multiple implementations and has developed expertise in Microsoft Power BI report design. Prior to this role, Phillip worked at Ohio National and Bureau of the Census, gaining valuable experience in sales, customer service, and team supervision. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University.
