Ruben Eduardo Rodriguez Prieto

Ruben Eduardo Rodriguez Prieto has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing leadership, currently serving as the Latin America Engineering and Manufacturing Director and Corporate Manager of Global Engineering & Manufacturing at O-I since October 2004. Responsibilities include overseeing the Mould Manufacturing Company operation, administration, financial performance, and the Corporate Manufacturing and Engineering Advancement team in Lurin, Peru. Previously, Ruben held key positions such as General Manager, leading a diverse team of managers and overseeing company strategy and annual reports, and Plant Manager, where operational budgets and team management were primary focuses. Prior experience includes being a Manufacturing Manager at PROGEN S.A., overseeing a significant workforce and implementing production plans. Ruben holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de La Sabana and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
