Salim Tayeb

Salim TAYEB has extensive experience in quality control and operations management within the manufacturing sector, currently holding the position of Contrôleur Qualité Exploitation remplaçant Responsable Exploitation Posté at O-I since January 2014. Responsibilities include managing a team of 20-30 individuals to ensure production continuity, overseeing key processes, and maintaining production standards. Salim also serves as a trainer for new employees in safety and glass processing. Previous roles include Contrôleur Qualité Exploitation, where coordination of a small team was essential for achieving safety, quality, and performance objectives. Prior to joining O-I, Salim worked for Triangle Interim as a Conducteur de Ligne de Choix. Education includes studies at Université de Bordeaux and a Baccalauréat in STI Électrotechnique from Lycée Les Iris.
