Lance Hawn-Schmitt

Lance Hawn-Schmitt, CSM, is a Senior RFP Analyst at Owens & Minor since January 2022, bringing expertise in proposal analysis and management. Previously, Lance served as an Assistant Project Manager for the Fort Monroe Authority from September 2018 to December 2021, overseeing the repairs and renovations of historical properties within the Fort Monroe National Monument and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Old Dominion University.
