Anne Millians-Roche serves as President of Brokerage. Anne oversees the management of strategic capital planning, client relations, and commercial brokerage expertise. Her business acumen and extensive experience manage a results-driven and hands-on approach as the company's qualifying Broker.
Ms. Millians-Roche held Senior Management positions in Maritime at Blue Star Line, out of Australia as well at Montemar Maritima, Montevideo, Uruguay. As Senior Executive, Anne was directly responsible for the North America operations for the steamship line. After relocating from New York, she began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker. Within the first two years, she earned recognition as a multi-million dollar producer. In 2009, she partnered with Bob to co-found Owens Realty Capital. Since conception, the brokerage division has transacted over $300 million worth of commercial real estate ranging throughout asset classes.
Anne is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Additionally, she is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Orlando Regional Real Estate Board, Board of Park Lake Towers Condo Association, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Rollins College Foundation Board.
