Rickie Caldwell

Rickie Caldwell has extensive experience in facility management, currently serving as Chief Building Engineer and Facility Manager at Owens Realty Services since November 2007, overseeing the operations and maintenance of a 500,000+ square foot, 11-floor office building. Prior to this role, Rickie worked at American Campus Communities from November 2004 to November 2007 as Facilities Manager, responsible for managing an 890-unit student housing facility and supporting additional properties, leading a team of 12 maintenance technicians. Rickie's educational background includes a Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer degree from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from the Systems Technology Institute, along with real estate studies from Bert Rodgers School of Real Estate.
