Rikk Hansen

Rikk Hansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in staff development, career coaching, and leadership training. Currently serving as Staff Development Lead at Owens Valley Career Development Center since April 2022, Rikk focuses on enhancing the growth and success of employees while supporting tribal families. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Brilliant NEXT, Rikk guides midlife professionals in discovering their true calling through coaching and community support. Previous roles include Principal Consultant for MidCircle Associates, where Rikk specialized in career and leadership development for Native/Tribal employees, and Director of Leadership & Development at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, where a comprehensive Tribal development program was established. Rikk's career began with ownership at LifeWork Coaching and co-founding the Centerpoint Institute, which became a key resource for career coaching in Seattle. Rikk holds a BA in Human Development & Organizational Leadership from Prescott College and an AA in General Studies from Sierra College, among other educational credentials.
