Joel Otfinoski has worked in the digital marketing and technology industry since 2001. Joel began their career at Lexington Insurance Company as Manager of eBusiness, where they developed and implemented ProgramConnect, a Web-based eCommerce platform to sell and service specialty commercial property and casualty surplus lines insurance products. Joel then worked as Digital Marketing Consultant at Arbella Insurance Group, where they developed and presented the organization's first formal digital marketing strategy. After that, they were Marketing Communications Manager at Lexington Insurance Company, where they managed corporate website operations and enhancements and launched award-winning Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn channels. In 2009, they joined AIG as Global Commercial Digital Account Manager, where they directed digital initiatives for Commercial Insurance segment. Joel then became Director of Global Digital Service Delivery and Operations, and then Director of Global Digital Business Management and Communications. Most recently, they were Digital Strategist at IBM Watson Health and IBM Watson Commerce - World Wide, where they led the strategy, implementation, and change management for Watson Health's digital marketing transformation, managed the execution of new digital pilots, and conducted customer journey mapping initiatives. Joel is currently Chief Customer Engagement Officer at OWIT Global.

Joel Otfinoski has an MBA in International Business and Marketing from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science and Communications from the University of New Hampshire. Joel also holds an Optimizely X Web Foundations Certification from Optimizely.
