Neal Quiros

Neal Quiros has over 35 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Neal began their career in 1983 as a Senior Claims Representative at The Hartford Insurance Group. In 1986, they moved to CNA Insurance where they held multiple roles, including Sr. Business Analyst / Solutions Analyst, Assistant Vice President - Claims, and Claims Specialist. In 2008, they joined IVANS as a Solutions Analyst / Industry Consultant, where they provided training and P&C Industry insight, supported sales, and crafted custom software solutions. In 2011, they became the Director of Sales - Software Solutions Consultant at Ebix. In 2014, they joined NIIT Technologies Limited as a Solutions Architect, and in 2015 they became the Insurance Solutions Director - Americas at UniRisx Ltd. Since 2018, they have been the Vice President - Product Implementations and Senior Business Solutions Architect at OWIT Global, an insurance technology provider.

Neal Quiros received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Business Management and Computer Technology from the University of Florida.
