Benoît Sauty

Benoît Sauty is a Data Scientist specializing in Medical Imaging R&D at Owkin since September 2023. Sauty has been involved with "Pour un réveil écologique" as a collective member since January 2019. Prior experience includes a doctoral research position at Inria under Prof. Stanley Durrleman from September 2020 to September 2023 and research internships at both the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and Polytechnique Montréal, focusing on medical image reconstruction and deep learning for MRI contrast classification, respectively. Earlier roles included logistics responsibility at Cabinet Start-Up, data science internship at Arara, and serving as Chef d'agrès VSAV with the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris. Sauty's educational background includes a Master of Science in Innovation in Biomedical Engineering from École Polytechnique and a degree in Bioinformatics and Modeling from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
