Rob Yates

Rob Yates has worked for a number of companies over the years. Rob began their career in 2003 as an Analyst for the Investor Responsibility Research Center. In 2005, they joined ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, where they held the roles of Vice President, Senior Associate, and Content Manager. In 2017, they moved to Bank of America, where they served as Vice President, Compliance and Operational Risk Manager and Vice President, Reporting and Governance Sr. Analyst. In 2019, they joined Wells Fargo as Enterprise Risk Senior Officer - New Business Initiatives Committee Secretary and Risk Governance Quality Review Team Manager. In 2021, Rob Yates became Communications | Publications | Governance for an unnamed company. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Communications for OWL ESG, Inc.

Rob Yates attended George Mason University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General. Rob then attended Wake Forest University Graduate School from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. In June 2016, they also obtained a Certificate in Communications for Business Professionals from Wake Forest University.
