Doug Carpenter

Doug Carpenter is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and validation engineering, particularly in CMOS image sensors. Currently serving as a Validation Engineer at Owl Autonomous Imaging since January 2024, Doug previously held the position of Product Engineer at ams OSRAM from December 2020 to November 2023. Prior roles include Product Engineer positions at ON Semiconductor and Truesense Imaging, along with a lengthy tenure at Eastman Kodak, where Doug transitioned from Product Engineer to Test Engineer. Doug's foundational experience includes military service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Communications Navigation Avionics on A6E aircraft. Doug holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned from 1988 to 1994.
