Ali Davar has held several positions in the technology and corporate sectors. In 2021, they began their role as Chief Compliance Officer at Owl.co. In 2018, they co-founded and served as CEO of Atlas ID. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Chairperson at TalentClick, specializing in psychometrics and 360 degree reviews for management and personal for Fortune 500s and other enterprises, as well as risk assessment for industrial, healthcare, utilities, and other high risk industries. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Zite, a personalized news app that used AI to learn what users liked to read, and became #1 in the App Store for all categories with over 100k downloads in its first week. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Corporate Lawyer at Beadle Woods.

Ali Davar attended The University of British Columbia from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
