Michael Chiulli

Michael Chiulli has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Michael is currently working as a Project Manager at Owl Cyber Defense since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate from September 2015 to November 2021. Michael also has experience as an IT Analyst at Intercom Federal Systems Corporation from June 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, Michael served as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy from January 2013 to May 2014. Michael also worked as a Summer Intern at the Office of Management and Budget in July 2013, and as an Intern at Eleison Group from May 2013 to July 2013. Michael's previous experience includes working as an Associate at Campaign Connections from January 2013 to May 2013. Michael also served as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A from October 2011 to August 2012, and as a Legislative Intern at the North Carolina General Assembly from May 2010 to August 2010.

Michael Chiulli obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in History from North Carolina State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council in October 2018.
