Mike McGann

Mike McGann has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Mike is currently working as a Senior Engineer at Owl Cyber Defense since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at andros from September 2021 to November 2022. From April 2018 to September 2021, Mike worked as the Chief Systems Engineer at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI). Before that, they were employed as a Senior Software Engineer at McMurdo Group from August 2015 to March 2018. Their earlier experiences include serving as a Principal Software Developer at Columbus Technologies and Services from December 2012 to July 2015, a Senior Software Engineer at BTS from January 2011 to December 2012, and a Software Engineer at Techno-Sciences, Inc. from July 2008 to January 2011. Prior to working in the private sector, they held roles as a Faculty Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, where they worked at the ADAPT program from December 2004 to July 2008 and the Global Land Cover Facility from September 1998 to September 2004. Mike's career began as a Programmer at Advanced Communication Technology, Inc. from December 1996 to September 1998.
