Phil Won

Phil Won has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industries.

Starting in 2003, Phil worked for Time Warner Cable, where they held several senior director positions. In these roles, they were responsible for product management, strategy, and development. Phil drove the development and deployment of new devices, defined go-to-market plans and functional requirements, and managed development roadmaps for consumer premises equipment hardware and software.

Prior to their time at Time Warner Cable, Phil worked for Alticast, Inc. as the Vice President of Product and Strategic Development. Phil led business development efforts, resulting in strategic partnerships and funding. Phil also had product management responsibilities, including defining features and functionality and conducting market and competitive analysis.

Most recently, Phil worked at Owl Cyber Defense as a Senior Product Manager, starting in 2018.
