Steven Smith

Steven Smith has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. Steven started their career as a Junior Consultant at Data Tectonics, where they created database applications and assisted with database design and implementation. Steven then worked at Philips as a Tester and at DeJarnette Research Systems as a Software Test Engineer/Systems Engineer, where they performed manual integration and verification testing for EMR storage and routing solutions. After that, they joined BTE - The Technology of Human Performance as a Test Engineer, focusing on manual verification testing of equipment used for physical rehabilitation and employment testing. Most recently, they worked at ManTech as a Test Engineer, before joining Owl Cyber Defense as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer.

Steven Smith attended Case Western Reserve University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. In April 2020, they also obtained a certification in CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA.
