Tracy Norris

Tracy Norris, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Employee Advocate at Owl Cyber Defense since January 2024. Previously, Tracy held the position of Warranty Coordinator/Trainer at Pentair from September 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with management to identify training needs, scheduling training sessions, and overseeing various training formats. At OFM, LLC from February 2015 to August 2019, Tracy worked as a Customer Service Specialist and Order Entry Team Lead, managing customer accounts and resolving discrepancies. Additional experience includes roles at COTY Inc., Apex Tool Group, LLC, and Arclin, showcasing a strong background in customer service and operational management. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Campbell University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Central Carolina Community College.
