William Rouse has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years in various industries. William most recently worked as a QA Consultant at Owl Cyber Defense since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Systems Engineer / QA at GK Software USA from March 2020 to June 2021.
Before joining GK Software USA, William worked as a Utilization Technician at the North Carolina Department of Transportation - Office of Civil Rights from May 2018 to March 2020. William also held the position of Senior Software QA Analyst at TOSHIBA Global Commerce Solutions, Inc from June 2014 to November 2017.

In 1996, they enrolled at Wake Technical Community College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997.
