Oleg Shpilchevskiy

Oleg Shpilchevskiy is an accomplished professional in game development and software management, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Owlcat Games since August 2019. With extensive experience in the gaming industry, Oleg previously held leadership positions at Mail.Ru Group, where responsibilities included overseeing the Game Division and the Development Studio from 2010 to July 2019. Oleg's career began at Nival Online as Head of the Development Studio and Project Manager, focusing on game development management. Prior to that, contributions were made at Bezopasnost as Head of the Software Development Department, leading the development of computer security systems. Oleg also managed projects at V6 Technologies and OpenPages Inc, with initial roles in quality assurance. Academic foundations were established at Moscow State Mining University, graduating in 2000.
