Prior roles include Lead of Clinical Operations and Study Management at Verily Life Sciences, where a focus on developing health data tools took precedence, and positions in clinical project management across various companies, including Google, Altura Medical Inc, and Acclarent. Karina's expertise spans clinical program management, investigational product design, and clinical quality assurance, underpinned by a strong educational background from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Palo Alto High School.
