Yuri Frota

Yuri Frota is a senior iOS engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining successful applications, notably at Owlet Baby Care, where the app achieved 300,000 daily active users and a notable bug-free experience. Prior to this, Yuri held multiple senior iOS engineering roles at Right Balance and Glo, and contributed to Owlet Baby Care in an earlier capacity. As a team leader and instructor at the Apple Developer Academy, Yuri managed mentor teams and trained developers on various Apple platforms. Experience also includes software engineering roles at ArcTouch and Anaiv Tecnologia, alongside work as a teaching assistant and developer at the Apple Developer Academy. Yuri holds a degree in Digital Media and Systems from the Federal University of Ceara and studied Digital Futures at OCAD University and the University of Toronto through the Science Without Borders program.
