With a history of overseeing service and sales operations across diverse regions at AAA and prior roles in fleet operations and management, Steve has developed a comprehensive skill set in service delivery, team collaboration, and vendor partnership. Steve's earlier career includes significant leadership positions at Safelite Autoglass, spanning nearly two decades, and co-founding the Operational Excellence Consulting Group.
