Luke Cartwright

Luke Cartwright has extensive work experience in the field of analytical chemistry and scientific research. Luke began their career at the University of Sheffield, where they worked as a PhD researcher focusing on the development of polymer solar cells. During this time, they also served as a laboratory demonstrator, training and supervising undergraduate students.

After completing their PhD, Luke joined Domino Printing Sciences as an analytical chemist. In this role, they conducted migration studies on ink products, developing new analytical methods and ensuring compliance with food packaging regulations.

Luke then transitioned to Owlstone Medical, where they held various positions. Luke started as a senior scientist specializing in gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, before progressing to roles focused on analytical validity and compliance. Luke eventually became a principal scientist at the company.

In 2021, Luke briefly worked as an application engineer at SepSolve Analytical Ltd.
