Neil Tween

Neil most recently served as Vice President at GW Pharmaceuticals plc, a US-listed biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercializing novel therapeutics from its proprietary cannabinoid product platform. From 2013 until 2020, Neil was involved in fundraisings of over $1.1bn on NASDAQ as the organisation evolved from a medium-sized AIM-listed partner-funded R&D organisation to a 900-person global organisation, commercialising in the United States and Europe. Neil has a wide range of financial and business experience in scaling up organisations, including NASDAQ & Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, company secretarial, supply chain improvements and corporate planning.

Neil has also held a senior financial role at Jagex Ltd. Prior to this he spent six years with Deloitte, advising a range of listed and private biotech and pharmaceutical clients. Neil is a chartered accountant, as a Fellow of the Institute of the Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Durham.
