Jehri Reed

Jehri Reed is currently serving as a Principal Technical Architect at Salesforce since January 2025. Prior experience includes leading Solution Engineering as a Team Lead at Own Company from January 2021 to January 2025, where achievements include being part of the President's Club in 2024. Throughout a tenure at OwnBackup from January 2021 to October 2023, Jehri Reed excelled as a Senior Solution Engineer and received multiple accolades, including the President's Club in 2021 and 2022, and the 2022 SE Choice Award for NSA. Prior roles include Lead Salesforce Administrator at Ingersoll Rand, managing a large user base, and serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Novartis Corporation, as well as various analyst positions at Chiron Corporation. Jehri Reed holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and has furthered education through Salesforce's Trailhead program since 2018.
