Jehri Reed

Jehri Reed has extensive experience in solution engineering and Salesforce administration, currently serving as Team Lead for Solution Engineering at Own Company since January 2021. Prior to this, Jehri held multiple positions at OwnBackup, including Senior Solution Engineer, and received recognition as a member of the President's Club in 2021 and 2022, along with the 2022 SE Choice Award for NSA. From 2007 to December 2020, Jehri was the Lead Salesforce Administrator at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing a large user base and implementing various Salesforce solutions. Earlier roles included Senior Business Analyst at Novartis Corporation and Systems Analyst at Chiron Corporation. Jehri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and has continued professional development through Trailhead by Salesforce since 2018.
