Scott Wagoner

Scott Wagoner has extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as a Design Engineer, Civil Designer, GIS Specialist, and GIS Tech at OWN, Inc. since March 2017. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of District Manager at The Joplin Globe from 2012 until December 2023. Scott completed a Certificate of Bible Knowledge in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology at Ozark Christian College from 2007 to 2009 and attended Missouri Southern State University from 2006 to 2007.
