Tetyana B.

Tetyana B. started their work experience as a Law Clerk at Brooks Brothers in 2006. In this role, they received training in the legal department and worked on discovery efforts for a large California class action lawsuit. Tetyana also researched and developed a multistate best employment practices guidebook.

From 2008 to 2012, Tetyana worked at GL Capital as an Associate General and Compliance Counsel. Here, they managed corporate filings, drafted and negotiated commercial real estate lease agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, and customer contracts. Tetyana also provided counsel on employment contracts and relationships.

In 2012, Tetyana joined CompuGroup Medical US as the General Counsel and Privacy Officer. During their time there, they drafted and negotiated client agreements, vendor agreements, leases, and software licensing agreements.

From 2017 to 2019, Tetyana served as the General Counsel at ETAP - Operation Technology, Inc., where they drafted and negotiated licensing agreements, vendor agreements, and commercial leases. Tetyana also performed due diligence for the company's public offering.

In 2019, Tetyana worked as the Compliance Counsel at Johnny Rockets, focusing on compliance matters.

Tetyana joined TicketNetwork in 2020 as a Corporate Counsel, where they worked until September of the same year.

Currently, Tetyana serves as the VP General Counsel at Own Up, a nationwide mortgage broker. Tetyana'sresponsibilities include contract management, drafting, and negotiations. Tetyana also researches and analyzes mortgage broker laws and regulations to support the company's expansion and ensure compliance.

Tetyana B. obtained a Certificate in Negotiations from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Western New England University School of Law from 2004 to 2007. In 1999, Tetyana completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Linguistics from Donetsk National University. Before that, from 1994 to 1998, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Linguistics and World Literature, also at Donetsk National University.

Furthermore, Tetyana obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Massachusetts Department of Real Estate in August 2021.
