Charlie Chen

Charlie Chen started their work experience at LILLIPUT Electronics in October 2003 as Vice President. Charlie then moved on to OWON Technology in March 2006, where they served as the CEO. At OWON Technology, Charlie was responsible for overseeing the design and manufacturing of electronic and computer-related products. Charlie also played a key role in integrating Smart Metering technologies for energy efficiency.

Charlie Chen completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industry Automation at the University of Science and Technology Beijing from 1996 to 2000. Later on, from 2001 to 2003, Charlie obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
