Elliott Hampson

Elliott Hampson has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations strategy. Currently, they hold a role in manufacturing and operations strategy at OX since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Unipart Manufacturing Group as a Material Planning & Logistics Manager from January 2019 to September 2021, and as a Senior Production, Planning, and Control Engineer - Battery Systems from January 2018 to December 2018.

Before joining Unipart, Elliott worked at The London Taxi Company as a Senior Business Analyst from September 2015 to December 2017, and as a Supply Chain Manager from October 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, they worked at The London Taxi Company as a Business Improvement Manager from February 2013 to September 2014.

Earlier in their career, Elliott worked at LTI Vehicles, where they held various roles including Production Support Manager from September 2012 to January 2013, Internal Logistics Manager from March 2011 to September 2012, Projects Team Leader from April 2009 to February 2011, and Business & Quality Systems Engineer from October 2007 to March 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Sarantel as a Manufacturing Engineer Assistant from July 2005 to September 2006.

Elliott Hampson obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering (including BEng) from Durham University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Coaching practice and theory - level 5 from CMI, which they obtained in October 2016, Managing Safely from IOSH, obtained in October 2015, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy, obtained in May 2013.
