Natalie Dowsett has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Natalie is currently the Founder and Head of Business Growth at OX Delivers, an impact-driven start-up focused on electrifying rural trade in emerging markets, starting with Rwanda. Prior to this, Natalie served as a Trustee at Young Minds Matter, a position they started in September 2021. Natalie also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Owner of Ham & Pickle Ltd, a thoughtful and ethical gift store catering to corporate gifts. Natalie held this role from June 2019 to May 2022.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Natalie was employed at Jaguar Land Rover for a significant period. From 2009 to 2019, they held various management roles within the PR and Communications department. Natalie started as an International PR Planning Manager, where they ensured efficient and timely communications between the central team, international markets, and external parties. In their role as Global One Voice Manager, Natalie established and led a new team responsible for facilitating two-way communications between international markets and the global team.

Natalie's tenure at Jaguar Land Rover also included roles as a Senior Product Strategy Planner and Vehicle Package Engineer. As a Senior Product Strategy Planner, they supervised cross-functional teams to successfully lead Land Rover projects from the early phases to implementation while managing timing, budget, and customer and brand requirements. In their role as a Vehicle Package Engineer, Natalie utilized their skills in Catia V5 and package engineering to develop the interior package of the F-Type and new XF vehicles, ensuring occupant accommodation and stowage requirements were met. Additionally, they completed a nine-month secondment at Warwick University, where they gained expertise in a state-of-the-art physics-based rendering tool.

Natalie's professional journey started with an undergraduate placement at Jaguar Land Rover, specifically with the Vehicle Package team. This placement led to their permanent position at the company and also involved collaboration with the Aerodynamics department for their final year project, which focused on researching the effect of a vehicle's trailing edge on the drag coefficient.

Natalie Dowsett completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from The University of Salford, attending from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Professional Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute in March 2014, as well as an APMP certification from the Association for Project Management in March 2013.
