Clayton Staley, MBA, ASP has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Clayton began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Archer Daniels Midland, where they conducted quality control analysis of various products using wet chemistry techniques. Following this, they worked as a Safety Specialist/Chemist at Design & Technical Services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and conducting safety awareness training for employees.

Staley then moved on to a leadership role as President of the Pekin Riding Club, a local nonprofit organization promoting equine riding in Central Illinois. During their tenure, they implemented improvement projects to increase revenue and membership for the club.
