James Fish

James Fish has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering management, currently serving as General Manager at Ox Industries since April 2017, previously holding the role of Maintenance and Engineering Manager. Prior to this, James worked at PaperWorks Industries, Inc. as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing safety, managing maintenance schedules, and supervising a team of 28 employees. James also held the position of Mechanical Maintenance Tech at Georgia-Pacific LLC, maintaining various machines, and spent over two decades at Rock-Tenn Company in several supervisory roles, focusing on employee safety, production quality, and maintenance efficiency. Throughout James' career, a strong emphasis has been placed on safety, reliability-centered maintenance, and team leadership.
