Jennifer Shugars is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in international customer care and sales support. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Ox Industries since February 2018, Jennifer previously held the position of Sr. Customer Service Representative. Prior experience includes working at York Wall as an International Customer Care and Sales Support specialist and at AAA Southern Pennsylvania in various roles, including Travel Programs Associate and Travel Consultant. Jennifer began a career in customer service at Holiday Inn, where responsibilities included greeting and registering guests. Jennifer holds a diploma in Travel and Tourism from YTI Career Institute and a high school diploma from Dover High School.

When we opened our doors in 1996, we worked to produce the most environmentally sustainable product possible, using recycled material purchased from nearby paper mills. In 2007, with that goal in mind, we purchased Halltown Paperboard Mill – founded in 1869 – and became a 100% vertically integrated producer of recycled paperboard.
