Lizzie Wells

Lizzie Wells is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Property & Business Administration Lead and Facilities Manager at Oxa since December 2017. In this role, Lizzie manages all facility operations, including lease negotiations and daily site management, while ensuring regulatory compliance for the company's growing needs. Prior to Oxa, Lizzie held positions at Thames Valley Police as a Police Enquiry Centre Operator and at Digital Barriers as Office Manager & Sales Support Executive, where responsibilities included managing office operations and providing administrative support. Early career experiences include roles in hospitality and retail, alongside internships in fashion design and fabric buying. Lizzie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion from the University of Hertfordshire and has a foundation diploma in Art and Design.
