Monica Mohana

Monica Mohana is an experienced professional in software quality assurance and compliance, currently serving as an Assurance Management Partner and Compliance Lead at Oxa since October 2022. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Software Quality Assurance Manager at Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V. from December 2021 to September 2022 and at Continental from July 2017 to August 2021. Monica's career began at Cranes Software, where roles included Software Engineer from May 2011 to October 2014, progressing to Senior Software Engineer at Wipro between December 2014 and August 2017.
