Mohd Shariq Masud has worked at various companies in different roles. In 2011, they worked as an intern at Realinfratel pvt.ltd for six months. Later that year, they joined MeritTrac Service's Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Trainee until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Executive at Next Education India Pvt Ltd. Mohd Shariq then took on the role of Manager - Customer Experience Group at the same company from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been serving as the Manager - HR at Next Education India Pvt Ltd, responsible for managing and building a team of HR professionals, data analysis, employee engagement, and other related tasks. In 2022, they joined Oxane Partners as the Manager - HR and Campus Lead.
