Endrio Bütler

Endrio Bütler has a diverse work experience in the field of strategic projects and mineral resources management. Endrio started their career in 2010 as a Sachbearbeiter Rohstoffsicherung (Raw Materials Officer) at Holcim, where they worked until 2013. Endrio then took on the role of Project Manager Geology and Exploration, Reserves and Mining Central Europe at Holcim from 2013 to 2014.

In 2015, Endrio joined Zindel United (KSB Produktions AG, Logbau AG) as Head of Mineral Resources. During their tenure there, they led various project, system, and product developments and oversaw the quality assurance and monitoring of all producated items. Endrio also took charge of projects related to short-, medium-, and long-term raw material extraction and landfill planning. Additionally, Endrio was responsible for public approval procedures and maintained relationships with stakeholders such as environmental organizations, cantonal authorities, and municipal authorities.

Continuing their growth, Endrio became the Head of Strategic Projects at Zindel United in 2019. In this role, they played a vital part in implementing the company's strategy and led interdisciplinary project teams. Endrio contributed significantly to the development of new business fields and products in the construction materials industry.

Currently, Endrio is working as the Head of Business Development at Oxara, a position they assumed in February 2023.
