Jennifer Barker

Jennifer Barker has a diverse work experience in proposal management and coordination. Jennifer started their career at excel Human Resources as a Proposal Coordinator, where they reviewed Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation, evaluated candidates for various positions, and assessed their relevant experience and skills. In 2014, they joined RCGT Consulting as a Proposal Coordinator, responsible for preparing proposal responses and tracking and sending out proposal opportunities. Jennifer later advanced to the role of Proposal Manager, overseeing the proposal process and developing databases to track submissions and content. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Proposals & Compliance at RCGT Consulting.

Jennifer Barker completed a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in the year 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, which they completed in 2013.
