Marco Perron, CPA, CA, CRMA started their career in 1997 at Ernst & Young in Montréal. Marco worked there for eight years, starting as a staff member and eventually becoming a senior manager. In 2005, they transferred to the Paris office as a senior manager, where they led a three-year internal audit co-source contract with Disneyland Paris and developed a new service line called Contract Risk Services. Marco secured large mandates with clients such as Adidas, Disney, Groupe Danone, L’Oréal, and Sony. In 2008, they moved to the Ottawa office and worked as a senior manager in the advisory services department.
In 2011, Marco joined Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT) Consulting Inc. as a partner and CEO. Marco is proud to lead one of the fastest-growing consulting groups in Canada and has built a team focused on providing innovative and value-added services in the areas of cyber security, process improvement, internal audit, and data analytics.
Currently, Marco is the CEO of OXARO Inc., formerly known as RCGT Consulting Inc., starting from July 2023. The company remains a member firm of Grant Thornton International but has undergone a name change to represent a new era for the company.
Marco Perron, CPA, CA, CRMA, obtained a BAA in Accounting from HEC Montréal between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they completed a DEC at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, their education history includes attendance at College Beaubois, though no specific degree or field of study is provided.
